Training of Trainers on Life Skills concludes
Gangtok, 31 Mar:
Five-day 'Training of Trainers on Life Skills' organized by Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, in association with the State National Service Scheme Cell of the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, concluded today here at the conference hall of Paljor Stadium in Gangtok.
The training was attended by 30 NSS programme officers from all over Sikkim.
Addressing the valedictory function, Secretary, Sports Department, SD Dhakal, who attended the event as chief guest, said, “We need to inspire and motivate each other in order to strengthen the society. I wish all the participants a bright future and hope that the training helps all in the long run.”
Senior Program Officer, Hemanta Rabha, addressing the gathering as guest of honour, highlighted on the objectives of the programme.
The trainees were awarded with participation certificates by the chief guest.
It may be mentioned here, the training programme is being sponsored by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development [Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India], Sriperumbudur, Chennai.
