Joshua Pollock conducts Heartfulness meditation session at SMU

Heartfulness meditation trainer and practitioner, acclaimed western classical violinist Joshua Pollock, interacted with the students and faculty of Sikkim Manipal University [SMU] here in Gangtok today, an SMU press release informs.
During the interaction, Mr Pollock gave a brief introduction to the book and highlighted the transformative practices of Heartfulness, especially for students. He also conducted a brief guided-meditation session for the audience during the interaction programme.
The interactive session was facilitated by Chief Electoral Officer of Sikkim, R Telang, who is also a senior member of the Heartfulness Meditation Centre, Gangtok. Also attending the programme were Vice-Chancellor, SMU, Lieutenant General [Dr] MD Venkatesh, Registrar, Professor [Dr] Karma Sonam Sherpa, Head HR, MS Sridhar, faculty members and students of Sikkim Manipal College of Nursing.
Mr Pollock has co-authored the bestselling book, The Heartfulness Way: Heart Based Meditations for Spiritual Transformations, with his mentor, Kamlesh D Patel, fondly known as Daaji. Daaji is the fourth spiritual guide in the Sahaj Marg system of meditation, facilitating Heartfulness Meditation worldwide.
