SPCC remembers Rajiv Gandhi’s contributions on Anti-Terrorism Day

On the occasion of Anti-Terrorism Day, Sikkim Pradesh Congress Committee [SPCC] remembered the life and contributions of Bharat Ratna, the late Rajiv Gandhi, on his 27th death anniversary at the party head-office here at 6th Mile Tadong today, an SPCC press release informs.
SPCC president, Bharat Basnet, has mentioned that Rajiv Gandhi brought new science and technology movement in the country and due to his farsightedness, India has become the capital of telecom technology and science and lakhs of youths of India get jobs across the globe.
The programme was also addressed by Padam Lal Gurung, Karma Bhutia and Sumitra Rai.
