Rhenock JHS observes Anti-Terrorism Day

Rhenock Junior High School in West Sikkim observed Anti Terrorism Day on 21 May at its school premises with the aim to make students aware about the dangers of terrorism and the cult of violence by highlighting the suffering of common people and showing how it is inimical to national interest, a press release informs.
School Headmaster, SD Bhutia, in his address, urged the students to rid negative thoughts from their minds and live in harmony and peace within the society.
Teachers and the students presented patriotic songs which was followed by an oath taking ceremony administered by Mr Bhutia at the end of the programme, the release informs.
