Art of Living conducts Yoga camp underSwami Purnachaitanya

Gangtok, 20 Jul:

Senior international teacher of Art of Living Organization, Swami Purnachaitanya, conducted yoga camp in Gangtok from 13-16 Jul. Fifty-six participants from different parts of Sikkim, New Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata, North Bengal and Bhutan benefited from the Art of Living Yoga Level 2 programme held in the capital, a press release informs.

The programme involved deep cleansing and healing processes with training on profound meditations, pranayamas and yoga postures.

One of the participants from Bhutan, GP Sharma, shared that the Yoga Level 2 programme has made him feel light and energized.

Another participant from Guwahati,Jayanta Bhattacharya, added that he had been undergoing a lot of stress and mental unrest before attending the event but feels extremely relaxed now.

After completion of the Yoga Level 2 programme, Swami Purnachaitanya conducted the Sahaj Samadhi or Effortless Meditation Programme at the Art of Living Centre in Tadong with 20 participants.

The release informs that SwamijiPurnachaitanya will also be conducting a special puja called Rudrabhishek to mark the auspicious ShravanMasa at the Art of Living Centre Tadong on 21 Jul which can be attended by the general public.
