Footballer Palsang Lama tries hand at Mr Sikkim 2018 Manhunt


GANGTOK, 09 Oct:

“Football is my passion, so being a professional footballer I want to continue to take my career forward and get an opportunity to play in big clubs of India,” says footballer Palsang Lama. The 26-year-old is currently playing for United Sikkim Football Club [USFC], Gangtok.

Palsang trains daily at Paljor Stadium with USFC and is now also participating in the Mr Sikkim Man Hunt 2018 as contestant number 45.

Football is in his blood since childhood while the contest has given him an opportunity to try something different. He expresses his gratitude towards Mr Sikkim Man Hunt organisers for giving him a chance to taste the glamour world.

“Now, the Mr Sikkim Man Hunt 2018 has given me an opportunity to introduce myself in a different field and I am happy that my long awaited wishes are coming true,” says Palsang.

Football being his profession, Palsang has been working hard both on and off the field. After morning football practice, he goeshome and practises for the contest.

His mantra for life is simple, challenge yourself, work hard and work for the betterment of society. His role models are Bhaichung Bhutia and Ronaldino [Brazil].
