Soreng-Chakung in semis of Inter-Constituency football tourney

Gangtok, 12 Jan:

Soreng-Chakung has also secured a berth in the semi-final round of the ongoing Inter-Constituency Football Tournament 2019-20.

Playing the last quarter-final match at Jorethang Ground on Sunday, Soreng-Chakung outplayed Upper Tadong 2-1. It will now take on Barfung in the semis.

The first semi-final match of the tournament will be played between Zoom Salghari and Melli on Monday.
