On the same, Mr Basnet state to raised many regional issues related to the people of Sikkim as the state president of a national party but the State government has not taken any issue seriously and failed to provide justice to the people so there would be no meaning of his politics in the State so do not wants to continue the deliver the responsibility from the state president. Likewise, he stated that the AICC has recently appointed Kuljit Singh Nagra as Sikkim incharge of the party without consulting with the State committee once. On the same, he mentioned that the State committee has always been suffering due to such decision of the central committee.

“If the central command always underestimated us and not respect the sentiments and feelings of the local people then we are not happy and satisfy with the decision of the party and such decision hurts our self-respect,” he expressed.
