Purvottar Hindi Academy organizes various online programs

During the Hindi Pakhwada period, various programs were organized online by Purvottar Hindi Academy, Shillong, an organization dedicated to the active national language of North East India. According to Academy Secretary, Dr Akelabhai, a poets’ conference was organized on 30 Sept in which Atul Kumar Mathur from Jodhpur Rajasthan, Ruman Yusuf from Patna Bihar and Mohd. Naseem Akhtar, Gopalganj Bihar resident Jan Mohammad Ansari, Bangaigaon, Vinay Kumar Buddha from Assam, Patiala Punjab resident Dr Pragya Pandey from Poonam Gupta, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Pushpalta Rathore from New Delhi have strongly participated in the event.

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister, Lal Bahadur Shastri on 02 October, The Bhajan of Rupali Chakraborty of Patna was broadcast through Facebook along with the interview with Parmanand Panchal. Through this program, Bhavanjali was offered to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri. The All India Poet Conference was held on 03 October from 6.00pm. The conference was attended by Prof Paramahansa Tiwari of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Suvarna Jadhav along with Pushpalta Rathore from New Delhi, Shillong Meghalaya resident Dr Akelabhai and Jagveer Singh. The conference was successfully conducted by Antara Karwade of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Psychiatrist Interview of Chayanika Sharma, Super Care Hospital, Shillong was broadcast on 03 October, from 8.00pm onwards. As a participant in this program, Dr Manju Lama’s special presence was seen. The program was based on the Covid-19.

Former Director of Central Hindi Institute, Agra, and Uttar Pradesh Prof Nand Kishore Pandey’s interview was aired during the interview period, the contribution of the institute in the development of Hindi in Northeast India was specially discussed. The regional centres of the institute were established in 1970 in Delhi, Hyderabad and Guwahati in 1976, Shillong in 1987 and Mysore in 1988.

The poets’ conference was held in two sessions on 04 October from 6.00 to 8.00pm. The first session was conducted by Shuchi Sneha of Patna, Bihar Poet Gonda, resident of Uttar Pradesh, participated in this session. Raghunath Pandey, Ratan Lal Menaria from Rajasthan, Pankaj Sharma from Ambala, Haryana and Vikas Singh Kushwaha from Bihar were the participants. Akelabhai, Surendra Kumar Pathak, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh Saraswati Kumari, Tezpur Assam resident Savita Singh Savi, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Amriti Shukla and Dr. Geeta Geet was a participant from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
