Arun Singh comes third in children’s poetry writing contest

Gangtok, 23 Nov:

Class V student of KendriyaVidyalayaat NHPC Balutar,Arun Singh has bagged the third place in poetry writing in the International Short Story and Poetry Writing Children's Competition organised by Navodaya Kranti Fatehpurin collaboration with New Media SrijanSansar Global Foundation and Srijan Australia International E-Magazine.

As per a press release, more than 700 students fromdifferent parts of the countryand abroad participated in this competition. Students from various schools including KendriyaVidyalayaSangathan, RajkiyaVidyalaya, ParishadiyaVidyalaya, Oxford School participated in the competition.

Mumtaz of Fatehpur Primary School came first in short story writing, Sania Yadav of Composite School Kallipur Varanasi came second and Afareen of Fatehpur Primary School came third.In Poetry CompetitionMadhvi from Central School GOA stood 1st followed byManish Kumarof Bhairawan bagged the second place and Arun Singh of KendriyaVidyalaya NHPC Singtam Sikkim and Jetty Kumari of State Higher Secondary School Shergarh, Rajasthan jointly bagged the third and third place respectively.

The competition was coordinated by Navneet Kumar Shukla, District Motivator Navodaya Kranti Fatehpur and conducted by Asia Farooqi State Award winning teacher. The judges were writer, MsSapna, Founder-Director, Poonam Chaturvedi Shukla,New Media Creation Sansar Global Foundation and Chief Executive Officer, Sujan Australia and Founder Navodaya Kranti, Sandeep Dhillon.
