Construction of Rs 53 Cr Herbal Medicine& Spiritual Healing Complex begins

Namchi, 04 Mar: The construction of Herbal Medicine and Spiritual Healing Complex worth Rs 53 crore began at Nandugaon, South Sikkim, today. The project under Tourism Department is being implemented by contractor, MD Khalid. The project is to be completed within 2 years. Construction began with prayers this afternoon which was attended by leaders of Heavenly Nirvana Path Sikkim, Vyasananda Guru who

is also the chairman of Commerce and Industrial Development Board, Advisor of the Land Use and Environment Board, Bhagirat Rai, state vice president of Heavenly Nirvana Path Sikkim, PD Rai, amongst others. A structure already exists at the site which will be dismantled and the new structure will come up in its place. The new design will have tourist friendly elements of cafeteria and parking arenas in addition to the spiritual meditation and healing complex.
