Junior Olympic Games for Gangtok concludes

GANGTOK, 02 Mar: The block-level 1st Inter School Junior Olympic Games under ‘Sports for Peace & Development’ 2020-21 FOR Gangtok Block concluded here at Paljor Stadium on Monday. The closing day had the Advisor to Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Meg Nath Subba as the chief guest who

was accompanied by SKM sports wing state president, Rinzing Wangyal Chopel as the guest of honour.

It is informed that around 600 students from more than 16 government and private schools had participated in eight different sports disciplines of U-14 and U-17 boys and girls. The event started on 26 February.
