Yi meets young entrepreneurs, explores possibility of opening Sikkim chapter

Gangtok, 10 Jan:

Young Indians [Yi], an arm of the Confederation of Indian Industry [CII], convened a meeting at Denzong Shangrila Hotel & Spa here today with leading entrepreneurs and youth of the state.

Yi, a press release informs, is planning to launch its Sikkim chapter soon.

Piyush Garg, representing the Yi national team, introduced Yi at the meeting, its vision and spoke about its nation-building activities, while Lekh Ram Nyoliwala, chair – Yi Siliguri Chapter, spoke about the organisation’s youth leadership activities conducted by Yi-Siliguri.

The meeting was attended by over 20 young entrepreneurs who displayed keen interest to start a Yi Sikkim chapter, it is informed.

Yi currently has a presence in over 54 cities across the country and more than 3,200 members.

Among the State’s young entrepreneurs who attended today’s meeting were Rewaj Chettri, Raj Lama, Rohit Khandelwal, Kevin Rasaily, Rahul Khandelwal, and Bikash Gadaily, the release details.
