Gangtok MLA Delay Namgyal Barfungpa, called on Governor Om Prakash Mathur at Raj Bhavan today.
During the courtesy call, the MLA, on behalf of the people of the Gangtok constituency, extended warm greetings on the occasion of Holi. He also extended a formal invitation to the Governor to attend the Holi celebrations scheduled for 14 March at MG Marg.
