Nearly two weeks since people have been crowding at State Bank of Sikkim branches for bank receipts required for the tenant and domestic help verification process, SBS opened the more convenient online payment option for these payments yesterday.
Managing Director, SBS, P Wangdi Bhutia, highlighted the bank’s commitment to digital banking solutions while making the announcement.
Around 150 bank receipts for the ongoing verification process were issued on the first day.
