Fact: The flags shown in the viral video are not Pakistani flags; they are Islamic flags. According to the Chikodi police, the locals had put up these flags with permission to celebrate the Milad-un-Nabi festival. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.
Firstly, upon comparing the flag in the viral video with the Pakistani flag, it is evident that it is not the Pakistani flag. The white stripe present on the Pakistani flag is missing from the flag in the video.

Further investigation revealed that the flag in the video is an Islamic flag, commonly displayed during Islamic religious ceremonies.
