Summit Report, Gangtok 10 Jan: Senior Reporter, SummitTimes, Wangchuk Bhutia, and Media Coordinator to the Chief Minister, Dichen Ongmu Bhutia, were felicitated at the 49th State Level Namprikdang Namsoong Festival 2024-25 t Namprikdaang in Dzongu today.
